This is a sub type under Savasana.
In the Savasana the hands are placed on the sides. But in this asana the hands are placed in a different manner. After lying down take the hands beyond the head and close to the ears region.
In the recently held world sports many sportsman who took part in the running competition relaxed in this position after the race. This Asana also gives complete rest.
