This is known as three triangle asana. If this is correctly done it will show three triangles.

Procedure

1. Stand erect.
2. Place the legs apart so as to give a space of about two feet.
3. Bend the body side ways bringing the body parallel to the ground.
4. Without bending the leg bring the right hand towards the right leg toe.
5. Place the left hand parallel to the ground.
6. Then come to the original position.
7. Practice in the same way on the other side.

It will be seen that the backbone twists in the side ways well Constipation is completely removed. Legs get full strength. General height increases.
